LES MISERABLES BK 2 CH 6

                                      LAST WEEK 

    In this chapter we learn more about Jean Valjean's backstory. We learn why he was sent to jail and it was over a loaf of bread. It lets us get to know Jean Valjean and why he is how he is. He was an orphan since a very young age and to say the least life has not been very nice to him.
